And we now return to our regularly scheduled posts...

Which means that we now have to go back to EASTER...( I really dislike that I have gotten this far behind, grrr!!)

NOW, where were we??? Oh yes, we were about to dye Easter eggs...
Friday night we were planning on dying Easter eggs, when Brenly came down with a crazy fever...She just looked puny and so I took her temp. and it was high...and she started crying..hysterically! I asked her why she was so upset and her answer was, "If I am sick then we can't dye Easter eggs" (Oh the drama, and she is only 6...YIKES!) I told her that dying Easter eggs had nothing to do with her having fever and we would still be able to proceed with the activity!
and so we did!

We not only have a new baby...

But we now have a B-I-G sister! and what a sweet one that she is...
She LOVES her baby brother!!


Thank you Lord, not only for Ty Austin, but for Baylee's sweet spirit that will allow her to be a wonderful big sister!

We have a new baby...

and we couldn't be more excited!
Chad and Ronni went in Monday April 19th for a scheduled c-section...
For those of you who don't know...when we have babies, we don't find out what "it" is, until the day they arrived in this world!
So we were so excited when the day had finally come...When we would meet our sweet precious baby!!
Chad and Ronni arrived at the hospital at around noon with the hopes of starting the c-section around 2:00...
The nurses said that everything was ready so they were hoping to start alittle earlier, around 1:30!!
As soon as they were about to start surgery prep on her, the dr. ran in and said that there was another woman that was about to deliver at another hospital and she had to go immediately, which means that we were put on hold :(
And so we WAIT...




...
AND WAIT...


And about 4:00, I got a text from him that said, "I know something you don't know :)" and then proceeded to WAIT another 30-45 minutes before rounding the corner...


Then, in true Chad style, he takes (what seems to be) 5 minutes to find out exactly who thought boy/girl, we had to raise our hands...and after much deliberation...HE FINALLY SAID..."Those who voted for BOY, WIN!!!"





Ty Austin was born at 3:41pm on Monday, April 19th weighing 8lbs 12oz. and measuring 21in long! And he is ABSOLUTELY PRECIOUS!!!

Easter Egg Hunt...

at the town square! We decided that we would Good Friday to go and hunt a few Easter eggs! We got there and were so excited to see that Grauntie, Manny, Grace and Brody had come out as well!

Popcorn Easter Eggs?!

A few weeks before Easter, the girls got a box in the mail from Grandfather and MiMi! When we opened it up, it was Popcorn Easter Eggs that we were able to decorate! We had a great time, and we appreciate that MiMi sends us such fun prizes!




However...we found that Avery would rather EAT the popcorn eggs, instead of decorate them! :)

BRENLY IS SIX!!!

I cannot believe that six years ago, God blessed us more than we ever could've imagined!
We woke up and MiMi had decorated the downstairs with lots of Scooby Doo stuff and made blueberry muffins!!
